I so want to love this pillow! Great size, thickness, feels great underneath my head. But there is an odor that you can't ignore. It must be from the foam, or the blue cooling layer on the top side. I ended up treating it generously with baking soda and leaving it out in the open air for three days. Very cumbersome and for a $200+ pillow, I expect better. The smell is gone now, but I cannot recommend the pillow.

purchased with the bed, pillow, cover and it stinks to high heavens! The Chemicals are abusive and shameful for a business.
I will not spend money shipping this bad product back to a company that shipped it out knowing the chemical stench was going to be an issue! We have owned a temper for over twenty years and replacing with new items only to be greatly disappointed by a company that has no quality control with the chemicals within the products they make that peoples faces are laying on and breathing the chemicals!! I am appalled by such inconsideration for our health! Purchased and now what to do with a 200+ pillow ?

I've written this review once and it seems to have disappeared. I bought this pillow for the 3rd time in 6 years. This last time, the quality has significantly declined, or my pillow had a defect. This is the only pillow that helps the arthritis in my neck and allows me to sleep. This last purchase, the pillow I received immediately went flat when I would lay on it, which never happened with the first two. My neck pain after the first night was terrible given how flat it was going. I contacted customer service who stated it sounded like a defect and that I could file a claim, only to be told that it wasn't a defect and they can't go based on someone's "feelings". Even after explaining over and over that I am a long time purchaser and rely on this pillow to get any sleep, they basically said "too bad". Based on the service I received, and the cost of this pillow to be told how it felt to me was worthless, I will now be finding a different pillow with another company that treats its customers better.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband and his head literally sinks all the way down. I do not know how is medium it's definitely extra soft. So disappointed and the worse apart is I saved for months for it and they have no return policy and simply said oh well nothing they can do. Worst experience ever

We have been TempurPedic customers since 2012 and in May of 2025 we got a new Tempur-LuxeBreeze Queens Mattress through MattressFirm. Throughout the year we got several TempurPedic pillows through different retailers and never had a problem until now. First, I sent in receipt, photos as per website request. then the agent ask for more pictures and I had sent them, and then the agent want me to send in video, this is where I draw the line. I am very disappointed in warranty claim process. I just wasted $400.00 plus tax for 2 pillows that hurt the neck of my wife and I. Since MattressFirm has not return policy on pillows, our money has been wasted. We would have been happen with store credit for what we have paid for but the agent decided not to honor that request. My next shopping of mattress will be SLEEP NUMBER.

We purchased this pillow for my husband since the original Tempurpedic pillow was too thin. This one is very thick, supportive, and heavy. He has not had any issues with it all. This is definitely better than the fillable pillow we had prior to this.

Do not buy!! I've owned many Tempur-Pedic pillows but this is hands down the worst purchase I've made. It advertises all of these cooling features and mine last maybe 5 minutes if that. It's hot to sleep on all night. The pillow itself is comfortable but I purchased it for the cooling features. The one I tested in store was great for cooling so it was disappointing when I brought this home. I tried to put in a warranty claim but was denied and I was unable to return the product. The place I purchased from gave me a new one because they agreed there was barely any cooling and the new one does the same thing. It's disappointing when you spend over $200 for certain features and none of that is there. It's also disappointing to have Tempur-Pedic tell you they won't do anything when the product is falsely advertised.

I already had the TEMPUR-Cloud Dual Cooling pillow, and saw this in a store and thought maybe it would be cooler. It has a topper that is cooler to the touch, but the pillow itself only has cooling material on one side vice both like the Cloud. Overall it's okay, but if you like a cooler pillow I would get the Cloud instead.

The pillow is nice but I bought the high profile pillow and it's not that high goes flat pretty quickly. Says Medium to Firm not as Firm as I hoped. For the price the previously styles were much better 5yrs ago. As high of price as I paid I am stuck with it for another 5 years. Just a lil firmer and high like the picture would have been much better. Big disappointment when you pay a premium price. Actually tried it a a local
store and it was much higher profile and felt firmer. Not horrible still usable

I bought one two years ago when I bought my mattress and it was amazing. I just purchased another one, same exact pillow, and while it is still a great pillow, it sinks more than the first one did. I don't know if they changed it or if it can vary, but I don't love the new one as much as my old one.

I owned one before and loved it. I bought a second one and it has no support, goes flat and is not nearly as heavy or comfortable. A waste of money since I can't return it. Maybe they sent a different pillow. Be sure to go and try it at a store first and buy that one so you know what you are getting.

Your head will sink through the pillow; it is not as firm as it should be. It is not cool to the touch, but it won't heat up on you throughout the night. All in all, there are better cooling pillows for cheaper. It is certainly not worth $275-300. If you're stuck like I was on whether or not to buy this pillow, just save your time and move on.

Bought this pillow for my wife as she loved the pillow as we were trying out different mattresses and pillows on a recent trip. After a few days of getting use to the pillow. She absolutely loves it. We had been on a few overnight trips within the last month and she is always ready to come back to use her pillow. She has slept better and would definitely purchase again

This pillow is awful. After sick months it's lost its shape, it does not cool, and provides no comfort. I hate it. I wake up tossing and turning all night because of uncomfortable it is and my neck and back are in serious pain. Because of their dumb return policy there is nothing I can do either and I'm stuck with this stupid terrible pillows don't buy.

We have yet to sleep on our 2 pillows that we purchased with our new mattress and base on 12/19/24. Our delivery and setup took place today 1/16/24. I am registering the mattress, base and pillows tonight. I completed registering the pillow (we bought 2, so it would have been nice to have a quantity cell on the online form to indicate the number of pillows purchased). When I submitted the registration, all I received was a sentence that stated my registration was complete. I would have liked to had a completed form (that I could print) that indicated the information that I submitted on the screen, to have proof for my file and completion of the registration.

This is one of the best splurges I've ever made. I'm a hot sleeper who suffers neck pain after waking up and don't have to worry about that anymore after buying this pillow. Even though I'm a back sleeper I got the pro-hi because I tested it out in the mattress store first and the pro-lo was too low for me. I guess that's because I have wide shoulders and a big head. Anyway, do recommend. Love the glam silver threading on the pillow itself.

I've got other pillows even from Tempurpedic before and I've been very disappointed, but for some reason I thought our mattress are so comfortable and my husband is very happy with his pillows and they're all tempurpedic. So why do I have so much trouble finding a good pillow, I've problems sleeping, neck and neck pain, migraines and can't sleep on a hot pillow. So I decided to give Tempurperdic another chance and go the Tempur Breeze Pillow, is only been one month to the day but it's been so good, I been sleeping better wish that helps with my headaches, it was a lot money for a pillow but it's worth it I definitely recommend. Even Just For A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP 🛌

I thought I would really like this pillow. It had all the things I wanted. However, after a few minutes, the pillow lost its ability to keep my head from sinking to the bottom of the pillow. The foam bottoms out and the pillow fails to support my head thru the night. When I wake up the pillow is sunken where my head is positioned on the pillow.
I purchased two memory foam pillows 20 years ago and they are still great, but the profile is about 4 inches. I was hoping the new pillow would have the same memory foam. Apparently, the pillow foam is not the same.

I got the pro hi pillow thinking it support my head better then the low pro but not. My head literally sinks all the way to the bottom. It feels like a super soft pillow. The blue cool gel pad is cool but it is only on the top side of pillow not all the way around. Luckily I did order 2 tempur cloud cooling pro hi pillows which are way more supportive and are great.

I will start by saying this pillow has far exceeded my expectations. I really like this pillow and it has made a huge difference in my ability to sleep through the night. Compared to my other pillows, this pillow is a perfect firmness and gives a huge amount of support to my neck which tends to be my problem area when sleeping. I am currently looking to buy an additional one of these pillows for my spouse. The pillow cover provided gives a really nice cooling effect, and it seems to work for me being a side/back sleeper. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone suffering from sleepless night or pain while sleeping.

I love this pillow. The first thing I noticed about it was the sheer weight of it. It's not one of those super lightweight pillows and for me this is a great thing. It conforms to your head. Not like those super fluffy lightweight ones that your head winds up basically on your mattress. I have neck pain and this has helped tremendously! It also has the stay cool feel to it. No one likes a warm pillow :)
