My husband (165 lbs) and I (130 lbs) are both side-sleepers and prefer a lower-fill pillow for neck comfort and body alignment while sleeping. Having recently purchased a TEMPUR-LuxAdapt Medium Hybrid mattress, we were interested in the Adapt ProLo and Adapt ProAdjustable pillows. Both were available to try at our local Mattress Firm store. We each decided on the ProLo and purchased the king version. Very supportive, super comfortable, and the perfect complement to our new mattress!

First the good part. The pilow is made of a solid piece of foam instead of a bunch of crushed pieces trying that try to mimic a down pillow. I like the solid piece because I don't have to fluff the pillow, and regardless of where I put my head, I get even support. However the con is that the pillow is very heavy, and if I am moving it to snuggle up to my husband, it is awkward to move because it is so dense and heavy. The other thing I don't like about it is that it is too hard. I prefer a medium density, and this is definity hard. Lastly, even though this is the Pro-Lo, it is still too high for me. I would like a thinner pillow.

I've used this pillow for years now. It is the only pillow that I have found that relives neck and shoulder pain. This version is a little less firm than previous versions, making it slightly less supportive.

Me and my wife recently bought a ProAdapt King mattress and Ergo Power Base. While making our purchase at a flagship store my wife discovered their store brand pillows. Instantly she feel in love with the feel of the pillow. The salesperson recommended the King Prolow pillow to go with our new mattress. It was a great find because we are no longer fighting with our pillows to get comfortable.

I really enjoy this pillow. I have been looking for a supportive pillow for years now since the Brookside fillable pillow was not cutting it anymore. I simply love this pillow. It supports my head and neck through out the night. And it goes back to its shape when not in use.

I have bought probably close to 5 pillows for my wife over the last 4 years and this is the only pillow I haven't heard a single complaint from her about. She said it's the perfect height and firmness that it doesn't hurt her neck and works great for sleeping on her back as well as her side.

This pillow is way too flat and mushy. I purchased this after speaking with the tempurpedic employee trying to find the same pillow I had previously bought. They directed me to this pillow. They were wrong. So since there are no returns on pillows, I have to put a blanket underneath the pillow just to get it to a decent height. If you like flat and mushy it's for you

TL/DR: Tempurpedic is still coasting on a name that used to mean something. I really wanted to love it, but they are really uncomfortable and there are no returns. We will likely just discard these and eat the loss. Please learn from us so you don't have to. Don't buy Tempurpedic.
I did quite a bit of research in looking for new pillows for my wife and I. From multiple sources I kept hearing how great the Tempur-Cloud Pro was, even amongst mixed reviews. Well, I took the gamble hoping that we would love these pillows.. Unfortunately we do not, and have little recourse to do anything about such a pricey purchase. Below I will outline the major issues we have.
1. Tempurpedic is not what it used to be.
This is not the first Tempur pillow I've owned. My first was purchased close to 18 years ago, and it was incredible. I can say with confidence that it is the best pillow I have ever owned, but as with most things, they only last so long and I was in dire need of a replacement. My wife also loved my old pillow, so looking to replace it and get one for each of us was a no brainer. That said we are severally disappointed in what we received.
2. The lack of comfort.
We purchased the Pro-mid. Hoping it would accommodate both of our sleep styles. Myself, who is a back and side sleeper; and my wife, who is a stomach and side sleeper. It's kind of the worst of both worlds for us. The Mid-Pro is too stiff and too tall to be comfortable on your side and stomach. It's ok for a back sleeper, but gets very warm and once compressed over a few hours becomes very uncomfortable.
3. The Price
These pillows are not cheap. I honestly don't think I would have even considered gambling on these had I not loved my previous pillow so much, especially given the no return policy. They won't even exchange the same pillow for a different profile (like the Pro-Low) if you really want to give it a chance. Nothing says lack of faith in your own product like a no return policy. Save your wallet the pain. Many other companies (like Leesa for example) offer free returns for 30 days, no questions asked. You are far better off with trying out one of those brands, most are less expensive as well.

This company is totally immoral. I purchased aTEMPUR-Cloud® Pro Pillow (Height: Lo, Size: Queen). This pillow is NOT for stomach sleepers, as advertised. It is not "Lo." It is a huge uncomfortable pillow. A total waste of $170.13. This company is unwilling, under all circumstances, to return their horrible item. They do not advertsise "NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES," but this is their policy. I cannot emphasize enough: This is a horrible pillow. It is huge, totally uncomfortable, intended for a people who like a huge mountain of a pillow. Grade: F-, Company is a total scam.

This pillow feels good to the touch. It actually does stay cool. The pillow kind of molds to your head and neck which for me makes the pillow go flat and feels like I'm not laying on a pillow. I did stack it on top of my other pillow and that feels more supportive.

I have loved my tempurpedic mattress and pillows for over 10 years so wanted to get the same pillows for our motor home. Unfortunately the exact same ones weren't available on the website so I bought what I thought were going to be similar. They are not nearly as thick or as firm so I'm disappointed about that, but they are still great so we will hopefully use them for years!

Thank very much Tempur-Pedic for gifting me this pillow in exchange for my honest review. Straight away I liked that this pillow had a very satisfying squishiness about it. It very quickly conforms when you lay on it, which kind of helps keep your head in one position. I imagine that if you don't usually shift your sleeping position a lot in your sleep then this would do a fantastic job at helping keep you still. I often start sleeping on my side, and for support on the side, for me at least, this pillow needs to be folded in half. It does manage this easily, and it's comfortable. I move a lot in my sleep, so I end up having to readjust, which isn't ideal, but may not be the case for everyone. This is the ProLo pillow though, maybe one of the others in this line would be a better match for me. This pillow is definitely comfortable and versatile, it is much more adaptable than cheaper pillows we have in the house. I'm not sure if this this something I would purchase at full price, but I'd be interested in the other pillows in this line because one of them might be the right fit and be absolutely worth it for me.

The TEMPUR-Adapt ProLo Pillow is smaller than a normal pillow and ideal for stomach sleepers. The pillow itself is very soft to the touch and very comfortable to lay on. I used the pillow for several weeks prior to my review and can say that the pillow maintained its shape and consistency and maintained a cooler temperature providing for a better nights sleep. I alternate between being a side sleeper to a back sleeper and didn't have any discomfort with the low profile pillow. I do prefer more of a profile to my pillow personally, but would highly recommend the TEMPUR-Adapt ProLo Pillow to anyone looking in invest in a lower profile pillow.

I was super excited to try this pillow. I'm always looking for anything that will help me sleep better and leave me without neck pain. I had really high hopes for this one. It is a super thick, soft, plush, dense pillow. I love the memory foam and how it adapts to my head as I'm sleeping. I was disappointed with how flat it gets and if I shift it takes too long to decompress. I don't like it as my overall sleep pillow, but I love it as my pillow that I have on top of another pillow. It needs to be thicker for me. Potential to be a great pillow.

I felt like the construction and the design of the pillow excellent, however, this pillow was too low and flat for my liking. I prefer a pillow with a little bit more support, as I am a side sleeper. The material seemed to flatten out quickly when I laid my head on the pillow. I will certainly keep this as a guest bedroom pillow for someone who may prefer this style. I have another Tempur-pedic pillow that I currently use and over this one.

I am IN LOVE with my new TEMPUR-Adapt ProLo Pillow. For as long as I can remember I've had neck issues from sleeping. I've always had to be EXTREMELY cautious with pillows because one wrong kink and I'm out of commission for at least a week plus. So, with this new pillow I gave myself a couple of weeks of trying it out before I could write an honest review. Let me tell you, if you are anything like me, this pillow is truly life changing when it comes to sleep. It supports and contours your neck and head like nothing I've ever tried before. To anyone that is on the fence, I get that the price tag is up there for a pillow, but in the grand scheme of comfort and support it truly is worth it!

Tempur-adapt pillows are such high quality! I'm a bit of a pillow snob. I'm a toss and turner all night person, as well as hard to actually fall asleep person. If you are struggling to fall asleep at night, give this pillow a try!! It's so soft and conforms to your head whichever way you sleep. The only reason I gave this 4 stars, is because I do prefer a thicker pillow. As well as it being a super soft pillow, it also gets firm after your head sinks in, which isn't a preference of mine. This is my favorite napping pillow, everyone in the house has tried to steal it from me because of how soft it is.
